Hayden Leslie Panettiere  is an American actress, singer, and model. She began her acting career by playing Sarah Roberts on One Life to Live (1994–1997), and Lizzie Spaulding on Guiding Light (1996–2000), before starring at age 10 as Sheryl Yoast in the Disney feature film Remember the Titans. Her most notable role to date is that of cheerleader Claire Bennet on the NBC series Heroes (2006–2010), for which she won several awards. Other recent roles include her portrayal of the title character in true crime drama Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy and Kirby Reed in the slasher film Scream 4. In October 2012, she began starring as Juliette Barnes in the ABC musical drama series Nashville, for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress – Series, Miniseries or Television Film in 2012.

Early life

Panettiere was born in and partly raised in Palisades, New York, the daughter of Lesley R. Vogel, a former soap opera actress, and Alan Lee "Skip" Panettiere, a fire department captain. She has one younger brother, fellow actor Jansen Panettiere. Panettiere has Italian and German ancestry. Her surname means "baker" in Italian and her mother's maiden name means "bird" in German. Her mother's family is from Indiana.

Personal life

Panettiere dated her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia from December 2007 to February 2009.Panettiere met heavyweight boxing world-champion Wladimir Klitschko in 2009 at a mutual acquaintance's party, and they soon began dating. Panettiere was ringside for Klitschko's knockout victory over Samuel Peter on September 11, 2010. In May 2011, Panettiere announced that she and Klitschko had broken up amicably after two years together. Both cited the long-distance nature of their relationship as the reason, and said they would remain close friends. Panettiere subsequently dated NFL player Scotty McKnight from June 2011 to December 2012. In an April 2013 interview, Panettiere confirmed reports that she and Klitschko had resumed their romantic relationship.

Panettiere has a tattoo of the Italian words Vivere senza rimipianti  running down her left side. The word rimpianti is misspelled in what otherwise would mean "Living Without Regrets". She followed a vegetarian diet while she starred in Heroes but has since added chicken and fish to her diet, stating that she "didn't respond well" to a vegetarian diet, and she had "low-energy".

Kat Dennings  is an American actress. Emerging with a role in an episode of the HBO dramedy series $ex and the City, Dennings has since appeared in the films The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Big Momma's House 2, Charlie Bartlett, Raise Your Voice, The House Bunny, Defendor, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, and Thor. She has become widely recognized for her leading role in the CBS television series 2 Broke Girls.

Early life

Dennings was born and raised in the Bryn Mawr area, near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her mother, Ellen Judith Litwack, is a poet and speech therapist, and her father, Gerald J. Litwack, is a molecular pharmacologist and college professor and chairman. Dennings is the youngest of five children, including an older brother, Geoffrey S. Litwack. Her family is Jewish.

Dennings was homeschooled; her only enrollment at a traditional school was for a half-day at Friends' Central School.[1] She graduated from high school early, at the age of 14.[8] She moved with her family to Los Angeles, California, around 2002 so that she could act full-time. She adopted the name Dennings as her professional name when she was younger. According to Dennings, as stated in Interview magazine in 2007, her parents initially considered her idea of pursuing an acting career to be "the worst idea ever.

Personal life

Dennings has been blogging since January 2001, and later transitioned into video blogging on YouTube. She enjoys reading and is a friend of author Andrea Seigel. Dennings stated to The Jewish Journal of Greater Los Angeles that Judaism "is an important part of my history, but, as a whole, religion is not a part of my life". The article went on to say that she considers herself more ethnically and culturally affiliated than religiously so. In December 2008, Dennings told BlackBook magazine, "I don't drink and I don't smoke and I don't like being around people who do."

In an interview with The Times in January 2009, Dennings stated, "I don't have a boyfriend. I have friends, girl friends, great friends. We just hang out in other's places and have one-on-one bonding time".[8] Later, in an interview with Daydream Nation co-star Josh Lucas and interviewer David Poland, Dennings admitted to having a boyfriend. As of November 2011, she lives in an apartment in Los Angeles's San Fernando Valley.
